Storytelling for almost a decade, Morgan Schwenderling Smith brings a documentary-style and warmly observational approach to photography. 

Through Morgan’s lens, raw, messy, authentic scenes are beautiful and compelling. She’s drawn to life as it unfolds: everyday motherhood, creatives in flow, considered experiences, and objects that shape the slow, analogue rhythms of spaces in which we live and grow. 

Exploring the intersection of motherhood and artistic enterprise, Morgan established the Morgan Journal Substack and Podcast series, a collection of conversations with creative women who refuse to live as two halves of a whole but rather intuitively intertwine their professional and personal identities, embracing imperfect beauty.

Morgan resides in Toowoomba, Queensland, where her husband, young family, and natural surroundings inspire her artistry endlessly.
